Reviews Overview

Most Liked

The food at Cesar’s Paradise receives high praise, especially the BBQ dishes and smoked brisket that can transport any Texan back to their roots. The expansive drink menu, featuring great beer and cocktails, complements the food brilliantly. Live music enhances the dining experience, attracting many locals and adventurers alike. Many visitors appreciate the pub’s easy-going nature and the friendliness of the staff, who often go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The sense of community shines brightly, making visitors feel like regulars within moments. Being dog-friendly in the bar section adds to its charm, making it a go-to spot for many in the neighborhood.

Most Disliked

Some guests mention that during peak hours, the pub can get quite crowded, which can affect service speed. A few diners feel that certain menu items, particularly lighter bites like wraps, can be hit or miss, with varying taste experiences. Additionally, while the live music is much loved, some regular patrons prefer quieter evenings to enjoy intimate conversations. Street parking around the pub can fill up quickly during busy weekends, leading to a bit of a search for parking. Quiet moments can sometimes feel overshadowed by the lively atmosphere, which may not be to everyone's taste.

Popped in for lunch before walking over to see the Kelpies. John recommended his bacon cheeseburger, barbqued smoked beef brisket and barbecued bone broth loaded fries with Mac n cheese on the side. All was delicious and he sat down with us and we talked of all our travels. Great conversation. Go there!

My friend and I are from near Glasgow, and travelled up to falkirk area for an event. We arrived a lot earlier than expected and decided to find somewhere to get out of the rain and have a few drinks. After a Quick Look at Google maps we seen that Ceasers palace was the closest walk, which is what lead us to come here. It seemed like a “wee local” but we didn’t mind. As you will know, there is very much a pub regular culture in Scotland, and let me tell you we were made to feel like we had been coming to this pub for years. The staff were absolutely exceptional and the atmosphere was amazing. I think there was an event on as there was a live singer who was also outstanding. We ordered some chips to eat and the man out the front running the food was such an asset to the pub. I don’t know if he is the owner or manager or what but if he isn’t he deserves some sort of promotion. His customer service is without question the best I have ever recieved anywhere. They were more than accomplished to our picky eating requests and I’m not even being dramatic when I say that I had the best chicken and chips of my life in this pub. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone in the area, or not. I would in all honestly do the 2 and a half hour trek from home to come back to this pub in the future. Thank you to all the staff again :)
